      Misleading interview and poor team support

      Decent pay. Can’t say much more

      Cons

      Interview was great but it was completely misleading because the team and the manager of the team was horrible. No one even told me who I was supposed to talk to or communicate with day one. The work was a lot more than expected. Manager barely introduced or supported. Team was horrible in being condescending on first week. Added me to a managed service which makes you wait another 6 months to roll onto another opportunity which they never disclosed. No PTO either.

      Consultants are the highlight of the job. It’s a group of smart, driven people who support one another

      Cons

      There is a noticeable lack of initiative and accountability within the leadership ranks. While the consultants are high-performers, the management layer often feels like "dead weight." It is frustrating to work under leaders who are either disconnected from the work or simply unwilling to put in the effort required to support their teams
