Pros

If you just need experience and don't care about your future in Information Technology.... because they don't. (and yeah, that's the best thing I can say about them)

Cons

Don't care about employees (literally didn't know our names). Screwed us over on insurance (changed policy to $5000 deductible mid way through employment). Refused to hold the annual reviews where you would expect a pay increase. Lost the contract which resulted in about a dozen people losing their jobs, continued advertising they were hiring, but didn't offer anyone a position. Currently being sued for stealing technology from a specialty pharmacy..... just bad people.

Pros

Occasionally, lunch is provided. Clean restrooms.

Cons

Long work hours. Employees are regularly expected to work on holidays and weekends at the last minute. Employees are heavily micromanaged. Projects are normally underestimated in hours. Projects are never organized or completed on time. Employees are videotaped without their knowledge. Conversation with co-workers is highly discouraged.

Pros

Company takes an interest in its employees, strongly believe in keeping the employees happy to turn out good product. Keeps you engaged in the company with the events and willing puts resources into keeping employees happy. If you're eager to learn they will gladly allow you to get some new experience and encourage learning by peers. The staff is always eager to share and help.

Cons

If you are not use to a fast pace or project change, it may be difficult to adjust. Every month there are new projects coming in and previous projects closing out. You could be building Android application one week and building an data mining application the next.
