      Generous PTO and sick time, a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and an exceptional team(s)—some of the most hardworking and talented people I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Spruce underwent several workforce reductions from October 2022 through the summer of 2023, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Zillow at the end of 2023.
