      Nice office, flexi-time and nice workmates

      Cons

      Salaries are under industry standard, no training plan or career advance, unwilling to spend money on development. Moving all production to India in order to save money.

      Good locations in NYC SOHO, Good pay, flexible hours, friendly co workers

      Cons

      Commisisons are low, too bureaucratic, takes for ever to get a decision made, in fighiting on accounts, management is too weak, no work from home option
