      They try to boast professional development when, in reality, management is the opposite of supportive. Pay is not commensurate of job duties.

      Too Many Michael Scotts, Not Enough Accountability

      Pros

      Seem to appreciate long term employees.

      Cons

      Unethical HR practices (lot of loop holes for management to get away with things and with how they also fire people). Lack of training and transparency with the requirements of the job and work performance. Favoritism is a real thing here. You don’t want to rock the boat.
