      Pros

      It is a rewarding job. The philosophy of the company is so good. The girls develop so many skills to be able to use in the real world. Once the girls have been here for a little time in most cases feel safe. The staff all care so much for girls overall process that I believe that is what makes them feel comfortable here. The most rewarding part is when a student leaves and comes back to visit and share with staff how thankful they are for how we helped them in their stay here.

      Need better overall communication with staff and students.

      Pros

      Beautiful campus. Working with the girls who are students there can be rewarding.

      Cons

      Low pay. Employees come and go as in a turnstyle. This is a family owned business and the nepotisym is as would be expected. Also, they make changes constantly as they are the owners and can do whatever they like.

      Caring, supportive, and encouraging of growth both personally and professionally. The company is small and relationships form quickly. Each Community Life Director works with a team of people in each level of the company to help produce results for the client.

      Cons

      The company is small and so moving up or around in the company is not generally an option. There are times when the position is inconsistent and changes in expectations. At times, without respect to the effect of the employee's personal time.
