Spring Hills Senior Communities Reviews

Spring Hills Assisted living is a very nice facility. At times the assisted living nursing department makes it mandatory for families to receive Home Care services as a precaution. The assisted living will encourage families to utilize the Springhill’s Home Care that is housed in the same building. Spring Hills Home care is one of the most expensive home cares in the area and the care does not warrant the cost. The office environment is toxic & led by fear and intimidation. They claim it’s a family but the loyalty only applies to the employees that the corporate level associates are friends with. The employees that are hard workers and truly care are terminated. Employees find it difficult to express grievances due to the friendship between the higher ups.

The pay is terrible. Many employees work 2 jobs to support their families. If the pay was better there would not be such a high turnover rate for every department. Management needs to realize we need to be able to make a better living for ourselves & our families.
