Working in a warehouse means you're constantly moving and doing lots of lifting. You know what's expected most days because supervisors make sure of it. The people on the floor are easy to work with, and nobody disappears when it gets busy. The pay is good.

Cons

Not a desk job -- it's physically demanding most days.
