The owner doesn’t value her employees and the work hours on events are long and because you are salary you don’t get paid nearly enough.

Very poor employee benefits. No pay structure. No "rising through the ranks". No coaching or leader mentoring. EXTREMELY abrasive and self centered owner, (Michelle Kresge) - Often would openly dissect every dollar spent for feeding employees and then parade around the office in tens of thousands of dollars in new jewelry and fur coats. Yes, it is her company, but is in extremely poor taste and does nothing to motivate. Very unknowledgeable "managers". Horrible work hours for events, that often violate state labor laws.
