- If Germany management needs any feature means there is no developer estimation for the completion of the feature, We need to complete within the date which was given by our management. If the given time is not sufficient we need to do overtime without extra pay.
The overall energy and motivation of the company and CEO is something I can relate to, trying to not only run a business but doing good for the costumers health is of great value, on top of this being able to show my work and have my opions be relevant is amazing.
