Pros

The best feeling is to leave!

Cons

In the compensation model 50/50, 70/30, 90/10 the employee takes all the risk. Each clinic has a different culture. Most of the clinic managers are hired within and are scrambling to the top. Watch out for your back, might have a knife in it. Horrible benefits, although management feels that they are cutting edge in this area, PLEASE!

Pros

I have no Pros to share

Cons

Treats employees like they're just a number Does not respect their employees Makes you see over 65 patients per week or you are put on corrective action Claims to want to change the way they do health insurance as if that's a benefit but actually offers the worst health insurance I've ever seen
