Micromanagement towards the end due to managements failure to appease clients and from losing clients and taking it out on the employees. Constantly watched except when using RR which surprised that wasn't recorded. Favoritism to employees that had more education. Employees constantly asked about opinions when decision was already made. Management only cared about bottom line especially with larger clients. Motto was, get the big paying clients and try to not do any work to get the most out of it.
