Business outlook
Pros
Hard to say that any pros were to be had at this employer. The only pro that comes to mind would be the owners were very rarely in the office so it was quiet and easier to get work done without being interrupted with some stupid marketing strategy that had nothing to do with technical work.
Cons
Micromanagement towards the end due to managements failure to appease clients and from losing clients and taking it out on the employees. Constantly watched except when using RR which surprised that wasn't recorded. Favoritism to employees that had more education. Employees constantly asked about opinions when decision was already made. Management only cared about bottom line especially with larger clients. Motto was, get the big paying clients and try to not do any work to get the most out of it.
