Splashlight today is virtually indistinguishable from the Splashlight of a few years ago. Management has stepped it up with lots of great support and organizational advances. Catering is solid, freelancer payments are caught up and the overall vibe is hopeful and vibrant. Tons of new clients mean new opportunities for staff, lots of new directions to take as the company grows and gains footing across the board.

Cons

Due to enormous growth in recent months there is some disorganization - but that will be quickly remedied as new hires and new processes are put in place.

As long as you put in the work the possibilities here are endless. The company wants to see their employees do well and grow. If I have ever felt under appreciated and voiced this, HR and upper management have listened and really put in the work to change. In addition to this all of the new recruitments have been REALLY great; helpful and hard working and things have been constantly changing for the better.

Cons

The work load can be a lot to handle, but new management and new teammates do what's possible to support!
