Pros

Strong team on set—really impressive talent across the board. Catering was acceptable and did the job.

Cons

Very Seedy. Overall, the company suffers from poor organizational structure and a lack of effective checks and balances. There is little regard for work-life balance, and employees are often discouraged from taking their earned vacation or paid time off—unless they hold a higher-ranking position. Recognition and praise tend to be reserved for a select group of high-earning individuals, leaving the broader team feeling undervalued and overlooked. You also will not earn a decent wage while here unless you work overtime.
