      Pros

      I honestly credit my professional and personal growth to working at Splash Omnimedia. This place is special, we are encouraged to grow, learn, and just have fun while doing it. Looking back to when I first started to where we are today, I can honestly say I am proud of us!

      Never enough ice-cream. Jk can't really think of any.

      Cool office space and potential to have fun on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Seniority is used as means of promotion, not performance. And efficient work is rewarded with more responsibility rather than money. After a round of layoffs they blocked people from filing for unemployment. They flip a switch from family to enemies the second you question their methods.
