It's food service so all the usual cons apply. Pay system screwed up our tip pool and most of the affected servers were never compensated. Problematic employees were kept on way longer than warranted lowering team moral with good employees fired for lesser infractions. Nearly impossible to get adequate hours without begging your other underpaid coworkers.
