Pros

- Fun collaborative environment - Smart, hardworking co-workers (lovable and a tad awkward) - Fairly good work-life balance - Flexibility to transition roles if desired - 'Unlimited' PTO, standing desks, snacks, catered lunch 2x a week

Cons

- Has 401K but no matching - No performance review - Follow up on decisions can be slow (hurry up then wait)

Pros

Spire is one of the first of only a few companies pursuing remote patient monitoring, and our solution is pretty darn slick compared to the status quo. We're a small company positioned to be able to make a big difference in the standard of care for certain respiratory diseases, which is incredibly rewarding. Being a small company, we're fairly flat, and your opinions matter and it's easy to make them known to the leadership. We don't fly by ego driven decisions, and constructive debate and disagreement is embraced. Also the people are great and the leadership is very open and transparent.

Cons

As a small company, timelines and resources can both be tight, which can be stressful at times. Although we've expanded quite a bit in the last couple of years, people still may have to wear more hats than they're used to. Official company social events aren't super regular (but they're fun when they happen!).
