Where to start? Interview process is all smoke and mirrors to get good people. They preach how they want to change but once you get in watch out for their so-called CEO. This is his first CEO gig. He is nothing more than a ruler of his own "fiefdom". What you are hired to do is not what you will end up doing in just a small window of time and expectations change depending on his mood of the moment. They stress the "Bonus" you will receive because the company will do so well. However, they have paid 3 bonuses in 15 years. They have lost money the last 3 years in a row. Also, the reason you really cannot find anything about them except their web-site is they are ran out of Singapore and no one there cares because they need at least 1 loss leader in their portfolio. IF you have any business sense at all, you will run the other way! The only reason for the 1 star is because Glassdoor requires an Overall Rating.
