Not paying well enough for all the different jobs they request for you to do. Not concerned about the well-being of the employees during the winter weather (snow, ice, etc).

There isn't any cons for me.

Sometimes you can get mad and upset with a customer yelling or cussing at you.

I can think of no cons to working for or being apart of the Speed Commerce family.

Serious challenges the past couple of years, but the future is bright.

If you value your career, professionalism, or even basic respect, stay far away from this company. The work environment is beyond uncomfortable – with cameras installed in every office, even those intended for private calls, it feels like you're constantly under surveillance, and the owner’s creepy obsession with watching employees through these cameras only makes it worse. This is not just about “monitoring” productivity; it’s an outright invasion of privacy that’s deeply unsettling. Leadership is not only clueless and unrealistic but also ethically questionable. Their ambition to compete with Amazon is laughable, given their bare-bones IT and development staff (fewer than five people!). They have no real investment in growth, and career development here is nonexistent. The team is mostly a collection of people who seemed to have peaked years ago, bringing little energy or innovation to the table. The company is also located right next to a strip club, and the parking lot is filled with used condoms each morning – an image that sums up this place perfectly. As a final note, the owner is obsessed with scrubbing the internet clean of any negative reviews, as if that could mask the mess he’s created. The fact that this review will likely get under his skin is satisfying – whether it stays up or not, it's a win either way. Simply put, this place is a nightmare. Proceed only if you’re okay with a dead-end job in a miserable, unethical, and invasive environment.
