      Co-Workers very nice, nice office to work in.

      Cons

      Owner has the ability to blindside you. Not only with being let go, but never has any transparency with bonuses or how to get promotions etc.

      Some of the people can be nice.

      Cons

      It is a revolving door. You go to work one day and 3 people have been fired. Everyone is afraid they are going to be next.
