I have been working at spectrum softtech solution,i feel so comfortable here. Spectrum provides a safe and secure work environment as well as a positive culture. management also makes you feel like our opinion and suggestions actually matters,and we put into practice. Spectrum provides anybody with the desire to expand on their skill which sets a wonderful opportunity.

After joining Spectrum I understood that it's not just what they offer, but some added pluses. I have been working as developer for last 2 years and I should say, I'm in the midst of a perfect and enthusiastic team. A big 'WOW' for the infrastructure and flexible timing. Privilege for acting on your opinions when it comes to strategy development. From my experience I should say, salary is not a concern for the right candidate.
