      Pros

      Co-workers are great. The people are friendly and most are willing to help out when needed. Also, the cubicles are big.

      Cons

      The company is always looks for ways to do more with less, more with less, more with less. Well, there is no way to do any more with any less.

      Pros

      My boss smiled and seemed genuinely interested in the department and my work.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't give support and instead of trying to understand the challenges with the systems or give any acknowledgement of the issues, more will be asked anyway. I did not get direct and honest feedback. Many people including myself noticed that employees who pushed back on unrealistic deadlines for any reason were retaliated against in some way. Also, the product is not great and the CEO is smug!
