Tough to find any cons.
I'll touch on the interview process. It is very thorough, which is expected and appreciated. I went through 5 rounds of interviewing. First was
with the recruiter, then a take home coding challenge (this was definitely a challenge), two rounds of technical interviews, and then with others in the company. Culture fit is important here (which is not a con for me, but could be for someone else).
Possibly another con would be the traveling (not for me!). If you have a family or don't like traveling, this job will require you to travel at least two to three times a year (this is absolutely a plus for me).
