Pros
Great 401k Matching and Profit Sharing, Generous leave benefits. Education Program is great too.
Cons
No real actual management onsite except for a team lead or remote Program Manager. Hard to get annual increases and it is a contract job so if the contract ends you are off to a new contractor.

Pros
Worked with them for 5 years; great benefits, had a wonderful boss, and co-workers, and we never dealt with any office politics. Even though I worked remotely, I always got prompt replies from HQ in San Antonio when needed. Would work for them again or recommend them.
