It's pretty crazy how such a terribly managed company can deliver such an excellent product. I can speak for myself and at least 10 other employees who have been lucky enough to get away from this company in the last couple years, that our lives are much better without Speakeasy and the drama. If you are of average intelligence, you can read through these "positive" reviews and understand what is happening. The reviews are nearly identical in their script and theme...I don't think that is a coincidence. The negative reviews on this site should be read and re-read carefully to fully understand what is happening within this "organization". The company is trying to save face by claiming that "issues with conformity" or "wanting to work from home and dress down" are the biggest problem...I wish it had been that simple. Please do your research, job-seekers. If you are going in for an interview, don't be afraid to ask the hard questions and make sure this is the right place for you. If you are desperate for work, obviously, you can make this work. If you are an educated and motivated individual with real opportunity, please think long and hard about if this company is right for you. You can do better.
