      Laid back environment Casual dress code Super flexible work hours No drama, no micromanaging Can listen to audio books, podcasts or music while working

      Pros

      The people in the St. Louis office are nice but that's about it.

      Cons

      Extremely under paid for the field. Turnover is so high that you constantly have new people to work with, usually people who have little to no experience. Such a small office that there is no opportunities for advancement. I was there for well over a year and most of the office did not like working there.
