I was laid off abruptly after being assured of my position, and the company admitted to knowing about the layoff for a month prior without informing me Unhealthy Work Environment: There was a noticeable lack of team cohesion and support. I felt isolated and excluded from the team, with minimal interaction beyond my direct manager. Low Compensation: The pay rate of $17 per hour was inadequate considering the range of responsibilities and skills required, including graphic design, website copywriting, and social media management.
