      Poor Leadership, unrealistic plans

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to learn cross functionally and grow within your own field.

      Cons

      Very political. Five (5) years of a great place to work survey with an average manager/leadership approval rating of 35%. They're plan to fix the issue is to hire an outside consultant on "leadership" every year. No company culture. Expectations are that you're available 24/7/365. Annual layoffs/firings in order to "realign the business."

      Good work life balance (that's it)

      Cons

      For 2 yrs we were told we reached and surpassed goals despite pandemic. Saved company thousands of $ by not being in the office. Company parties are obsolete. And are asked numerous times to help out in production line to keep orders on track. Received: a pat on the back. Gone: Holiday parties, year end gift cards, true appreciation for staff that helped keep company going through the last two years.

      Stable, growing company. Good pay and benefits. Constant communication. Perks like lunches, events, gym reimbursements, etc...

      Cons

      Need to weed out some of the pot stirrers.
