      good intro to solid propulsion. work is practical and hands-on manfacturng xposure

      Cons

      No senior guidance. Team is egoistic. Founders do not have much technical exposure in space. Work life balance is poor(non existent). A lot of the time, work is unproductive because of no guidance. dat is just wasting time.
