Working on the cutting edge research problems, in the really passionate team of extremely smart people. Every day working withe the bleeding edge of the Machine Learning research. Working in the end to end manner from the data acquisition to the entire deployment of the models to the production systems. Implementing and improving the newest papers using and contributing the newest available libraries such as tensorflow or keras. Within the company we're still more like friend than just colleagues.
Cons
Top level management and company's priorities sometimes seems to be a bit confusing and chaotic.
