Great employees, terrible employer.

Pros

Some really smart and friendly people, with so much potential, work at this company.

Cons

People stayed at this company because (1) they were comfortable, (2) they were related in some form to the management or (3) they couldn't get a job elsewhere. No one ever stayed there because it was a great place to work. The management are paranoid and pander to nepotism. Salary reviews have to be pursued aggressively by the employee if they want any kind of raise.

Disappointing and a waste of my time

Pros

OK salary, some nice colleagues.

Cons

Unprofessional middle manager allowed to bully others. HR is a joke. Promised exciting job with possibility to advance but was actually bored to tears. Expected to work late for no reason. Had to regularly apologise on behalf of the company for non-payment.

Pros

None. The only pros are that you meet people and hear ideas about what can be done in the industry.

Cons

The CEO Micromanage everything in the company. Employees are constantly insulted and being treated like garbage. Everything is a complete chaos and no one has motivation anymore.
