Pros

I commenced my career at Sovereign Health Group as a Software Engineer in September 2016. It all started with a nostalgic feeling which soon turned into glee. Though I have started my career here a month ago, but it seems as if I am working here from so long because of family like environment. Talented people are employed here with expertise in there own field. Mr. Henry Fayol's 'ESPIRIT DE CORPS' is the main principle ruling here which means 'UNITY IS STRENGTH'. Everyone here works together as a "Family" in creating a great company culture. It is a great company to start your career. PROS It provides Work-Life balance. The culture is young and dynamic. Supportive and genuine supervisors. Flexibility in working hours (shift timings). The working environment is encouraging, productive, systematic as well as comfortable. Organization is instrumental in enriching my skill set, coupled with cooperative and helpful colleagues. With the surfacing of health initiatives in the form of Yoga session, health has unrolled its wings here. It is one of those companies, which realize the promise for a better future in terms of career as well as financial security. Concern, innovation, technology and trust - frames this organisation. Management is proactive and focused over the systematic approach towards the process, which helps each employee learn the process for better performance. Besides this, Management is support and give opportunity to work on new project to improve skills.

Pros

First Company I have came across where in I can proudly say I can spend my whole life working and Growing with Sovereign Health Group. The best features/reasons I can give to prove my point of view are. 1. Best Part is that we are in an Industry which is Growing as fast as it can and a Necessity worldwide, which gives you a better future prospects. 2. Fastest Growing Company I have worked with in my 9 years of career, where in I saw a growth of more than 150%, A saying which fits best here is " The world is changing very fast. Big will not beat small anymore. It will be the fast beating the slow”. and we are the Fastest. 3. The Best part is that with that growth rate the company is not loosing on its values rather the HR team is more focused and determined to keep the environment as ethical and professional as possible. 4. There is so much to learn, that you won't even grow professionally, however you'll get a chance to Groom yourself personally, which will help you grow further in your life as a whole.

Cons

I have so many Pros that I can't have cons, However, having said that Every one have some areas of improvements which I would not say is a con, I wish the company should have some more transparency in terms of career growth, or may be a career plan will keep Employees motivated.

Pros

Nothing. Upper management and CEO are worried about one thing, Money. Do not believe positive reviews for San Clemente as there are people who still work for the company who are told to leave positive reviews to over shadow the bad reviews. Upper management doesn't want to take accountability for the problems and fast staff turn over rate.

Cons

Patient care is the worst I have ever seen. Poor communication amongst everyone. No consistent Policies & Procedures. Politics are huge as many people should have been let go ages ago but if they are in good with the CEO and become "Yes" men, then they are safe. Anyone who pushes against the grain and has a heart or good moral compass gets axed. The company as a whole engages in Insurance fraud to gain a profit. A lot of work is being outsourced to India to save money which in turn stunts the quality of care. Patients are not safe to come here for DETOX as the CEO is too cheap to hire more medical staff/ doctors. Patients can go 3-5 days without receiving their medications.
