I commenced my career at Sovereign Health Group as a Software Engineer in September 2016. It all started with a nostalgic feeling which soon turned into glee. Though I have started my career here a month ago, but it seems as if I am working here from so long because of family like environment. Everyone here works together as a "Family" in creating a great company culture. It is a great company to start your career. PROS It provides Work-Life balance. The culture is young and dynamic. Supportive and genuine supervisors. Flexibility in working hours (shift timings). The working environment is encouraging, productive, systematic as well as comfortable. Organization is instrumental in enriching my skill set, coupled with cooperative and helpful colleagues. With the surfacing of health initiatives in the form of Yoga session, health has unrolled its wings here.
