Pros

Free parking near cockfosters tube if their is space. A nice cafe around the corner from office

Cons

Poor office environment - 1950 building with plenty of asbestos no air conditioning. Very aggressive margins on the contracts they “Win” so 1 guy is usually expected to do the job of 5 Pay is poor The 51% owner Richard Barker’s mental state has slowly deteriorated over the past few years causing the company to fail and fall into very heavy losses.

Pros

There were some good people there, but all seem to be leaving.

Cons

Micro Managed from the CEO all the way down including Directors and all staff, Hood winked, Not the best location, No atmosphere, No training or future prospects, Do not keep to their promises. Time monitored. No support. CRM never up-to-date, all New Business as their clients are all leaving. No one in Sales has brought in New Accounts so all working on trying to keep their clients which are limited to a handful. No accounts to work on or progress. CEO is behind the times, micro managed by family. Management/CEO shouting at each other on the floor in front of staff. Company losing money charging more to get business, out priced so no chance of winning new business. No marketing strategy. Directors leaving the business. Do not have the resources to back something up when they've committed themselves.
