Pros
Distributor of Olive Oil. The nature of the work was very interesting and challenging. Could purchase Olive Oils / Vegetable Oils and Vinegars at cheaper than wholesale price. Healthy EVOO products with consumer in mind. Mission statement reflects a good vision for encouraging good health.
Cons
Fast turnover of employees. They hold it over your head that they can let you go for whatever reason at any time. The HR department favors the employer, not the employee. They have very strict rules and regulations. Work expectations or conditions are not forthcoming at time of interview or at beginning of employment. You are lucky if you make it past your 90 day probation period.
