Pros
I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. I learn something new all the time, and I've been given opportunities to grow that I wouldn't have had elsewhere. Management is supportive, approachable and always willing to help when I have questions. The team works well together, and there's a culture of learning, collaboration and helping each other succeed. The variety of clients keeps the work interesting, and I feel like my contributions are valued.
Cons
As with most marketing agencies, the workload can be fast-paced and priorities can shift quickly. Staying organized, communicating well and taking responsibility for your work are important. While it can be challenging at times, those experiences have helped me grow professionally and build confidence in my abilities.

Pros
Management cares and listens. If I need time ofd for my kids or to work from home it is never a problem. I feel appreciated. I have health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, retirement and a hybrid schedule.
Cons
All the people talking about pay must not have experience or are in the wrong career field. I am paid fairly. Would I like more sure, but I have also received 2 raises in less than a year.
