      Pay is fair. Nice equipment. Some office staff are sweet and helpful.

      Cons

      Boss is a hothead. You are expected to do everything at the drop of a hat even when he has you out of state. Doesn’t care how he speaks to employees. Honestly a pathological liar. Very toxic environment. Owner has paranoia and lashes out like a 3 year old.
