      Fake culture, fake management

      Pros

      They act like they’re a family culture but they’ll double cross you in an instant. Management thinks they’re transparent but they’re not. They try to be pro-DEI but it’s all a front. Be careful if you’re looking to come here.

      Easy desk work, good connections

      Cons

      Racist coworkers. No black team leads. HR does nothing about discrimination complaints. I have countless incidents of racism while working this job. Got paid less than the person under me.
