Management, overworked and underpaid. There are no “extras” / company culture additives if your looking for that. You go to work, be criticized over how you work, and go home. Micromanagement and belittlement is common here. Managers are hired from within so do not have management experience

Work environment is not satisfying. Staff complaining about everything and how they hate their job and management. Newest program has staff spending time discussing personal lives and disrupting those trying to work. Management encourages toxic work environment through their own actions. No room for advancement unless in the favor of executive team.
