None horrible place to work for could not recommend anything about this company

Cons

I worked at Source Point and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The management treated me poorly and fired me without just cause, which felt unjust and discriminatory. As a Black IT technician, I faced unwarranted accusations of acting superior, despite my professional demeanor. Additionally, over 90% of my colleagues were either fired or let go, which paints a troubling picture of the company's stability and ethics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company waited until the last possible moment to transition employees to remote work, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. There were also several instances of sexual harassment and discrimination that went unaddressed. I would not recommend working for Source Point; it has been one of the worst professional experiences in my career. Save yourself the trouble and look for opportunities elsewhere.
