      Pros

      Package seems to be OK Good HR head. Nice to talk with him ( so sad, the supportive lady is just opposite to him)

      Cons

      A small service based company operating in mobile space No work life balance Poor management Most of the projects are taken from the garbage Bad leave policy

      You don't want your first job to be at Sourcebits

      Pros

      You well get a good initial push to start on in terms of training (that too if you are in iOS domain) but every good thing ends there.

      Cons

      1.) Massive random lay-offs to increase profits so as to please their investors. Hence no job security. 2.) Not even an average service based company (though they claim themselves to be a product based one) 3.) All the incentives are placed in such a way so they can exploit most out of you like poor leave policy, odd company transportation timings. 4.) Don't expect a great hike after you have served them for more than a year.

      Pros

      Challenging projects. Got to work with a team of strong techies. Good learning and exposure. Work culture is that of a startup. Flexible environment. Office has recently shifted to Marathahalli from Electronic city which is more centrally located. A great fun place to work at.

      Cons

      Nothing much at the moment.
