Pros
There are no pros to this company. HR will throw accusations and pin issues and problems on anyone, just so they look like they are doing something. Everyone here pretends to work, cause they are so incompetent they can't figure out the "problem" not willing to admin the management team / c team is the issues.
Cons
The CEO pretends to work and pretends to care about his people, but really is just off running around the globe spending all the companies money so he doesn't have to pay people. Plus never has to worry about the several lawsuits they have pending since they are "broke" / hiding there profits. They have some of the worse benefits and HORRIBLE commission for any company I know of in this industry. Everyone loves to point fingers when a problem arise since they know that there is no hope to solving the problems. So they just perpetuate the cycle.
