When things go wrong, management looks for a scapegoat rather than taking responsibility or supporting the team. Zero Job Security or Transparency: As someone who gave 8 years of dedicated service, being abruptly pushed into a notice period without a single valid reason—despite working alongside high performers—shows that loyalty and hard work mean absolutely nothing here.
