Pros
They truly value the work-life balance. My co-workers are a group of smart, talented people with a great sense of humor. No drama, everyone works well together, which makes coming to work fun. Laid back vibe with fun perks like quarterly parties, onsite chair massages, etc. Senior management has open door policy and really values employee feedback- have witnessed several employee ideas for improvement or the like be implemented over the years. Owner, President, and EVP are all excellent at looking for the potential in others and coaching and investing in those persons. Often promotes from within. Been around for over 40 years and continues to grow more successful each year!
Cons
No 401K, but they do plan to implement profit sharing.
