Pros
Family atmosphere. Collaborative and energetic work environment. Made it fun to come to the office each day.
Cons
Pay was restrictive and not much room for career advancement - to be expected in an entry level sports job at at a small operation.

Great energy Great people Fun environment Get to be a part of something bigger than just yourself or your position Employee activities such as the Christmas party, birthday events each month, or even the big quarterly meetings
Cons
A big event like NASCAR can make for long hours and days People at the location are amazing and care about others, but the corporate level in Charlotte does not have the same attitude. When someone would quit, they wouldn't always rehire for it. They would instead put the work on to another individual making the work load almost impossible. - These were decisions made on the corporate level not local.
