Pros

great colleagues and team members

Cons

Leadership is a mess. The new CEO doesn't know the first thing about recruitment and his arbitrary "strategies" have very negatively impacted the operation. Fun fact, last year they decided to change everyone's name to a more "American sounding one". That got shut down fast, because all of Latam and Philippines employees complained. This company offers clients cheap hires abroad, will they also change their names? GROSS There are more and more unachievable metrics and zero support or tools to meet those metrics. payment and bonus structures change (decrease) constantly, people are assigned team-lead roles with all the responsibilities but without official titles or compensation. avoid this place at all costs

Pros

I am currently working at Support Shepherd. One of the aspects that impressed me about Support Shepherd is their deep understanding of the recruitment industry. I had the pleasure of experiencing the world-class service provided by the company. Their commitment to excellence, industry expertise, and unparalleled service make them stand out among other. This level of dedication has greatly contributed to their reputation as a trusted company in the recruitment industry. The best part of working with Support Shepherd is permanently and full time working at home. I can work from various locations as long as I have my laptop and an internet connection. Whether you're at home, in a coffee shop, traveling, or even in a different country.

Cons

Some of the downsides or challenges I experienced working from home; 1. Blur the line between work and personal life, sometimes it is difficult to disconnect from work, leading to longer working hours. 2. Home environments can be filled with distractions, such as household chores, family members, pets, or noisy neighbors. 3. Remote work heavily relies on technology and a stable internet connection. 4. Lack of social interaction.
