Flexibility, Generous vacation and holiday time

Cons

It’s not what you know, it’s who you know at this company. The upper management is a joke. Very inconsistent and no structure at all. Human resource department is a disgrace as the “administrative coordinator” is the biggest flake there is. Needs a total overhaul.

Very diverse, smaller friendly firm. Management is supportive of personal goals and always has an open door. I enjoy the various heath and fitness challenges.

Cons

Sometimes the office is really quiet because everyone is out working.
