Dear former employee, I am sorry to hear you feel that way. We will note your feedback and take it seriously.
Re: Pay - Our minimum pay is 42K for entry level positions with no experience and that includes benefits as well as 401K so depending on the industry we believe that is more than fair. Staff get yearly automatic raises and we give yearly holiday bonus sometimes in the 5 figures.
Re: Management and training. As a start-up in its search phase it can be difficult to have the solid training that large mature corporations have as everything is still changing. Our 2 week training program we believe was sufficient but we are disappointed that this was not effective for you. Also we give a lot of autonomy and allow our staff to self govern as management wears many hats such as executing on projects besides managing. We find this usually optimal if we recruit self starters with Grit. This can be difficult for employees who are use to large corporate structures with years of acquired training material and a solid hierarchy, We are not that.
Our company Churn is less than 5% but do to the nature of the latest terminations it can be seen as high turnaround as we parted ways with some staff all at one time.
We attempt to communicate in the job ad and hiring process. We hope your negative outlook changes as you gain experience, or you have at least learned from our joint failure to work together. We know we have. Thank you, Khaled Azar.
