- Very intelligent and talented group of people to work with - Rapid promotions and raises tied to performance...well beyond industry comparisons - Amazing owner to work for. Very intelligent and fair business practices. - Friendly for military reservists. Three of the current employees of reserve commitments that are supported by management - Good corporate culture that focuses on providing top quality support to our clients.
Cons
- Limited to locations in RTP and San Jose. However looking for opportunities to grow with management actively working with employees for future opportunities so this may grow soon.
