      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      Unprofessional. Disorganized. Incompetent. Sipsip and kapit culture. Will ask you to install a spying software on your own personal device, that you can't remove yourself. They act as if your device is their own. All their actions are 'deceiving', so be very careful. Leave this place immediately.
