Pay scale for engineers is 20 to 40 k for fresh graduates.Hire people when they have projects and fire them as soon as the projects are over.

Interesting... If we do not keep employees after a project, how is it we have a public record of Green Card sponsorship. Like with any business, if you do not perform to our company expectations , you do not keep your job. Look up the facts... Myvisajobs will tell the truth.
BTW.. we have had the same admin now for the last 30 months.. Who is this previous Admin posting now as a former admin???
Management took advantage of foreign students with Masters degree. The company grossly underpaid it's employees while making false promises of green card and sponsorship for citizenship.
The other employees are smart, personable, and extremely hard-working. It's easy to get complacent about unfair treatment by management because your co-workers are so amazing and wonderful to work with.
Cons
Management is paranoid and reactionary. The same promises are made to everyone without follow-through. Communication by management is non-existent and the structure can change daily. There is an inconsistency in how employees are treated and if you get on management's bad side, your career is over no matter whether the reason is valid or imagined.
